Softcover Perfect Bound

Pages are assembled into 2 page spreads and glued together along the spine. This bindery method is effective for books with more than 28 pages. All soft cover books require a different cover, our standard is 12 pt when it comes to soft cover perfect bound book covers.

All of our soft cover perfect bound books are bound with the strongest glue in the world, which is PUR (poly-urethane-reactive) glue to ensure the highest level of durability and quality.

Saddle Stitched Book Printing

Pages are assembled into 4 page spreads and stapled together along the centreline. This bindery method is effective for small page count books with the same stock throughout. Choose from a self-cover or different cover when designing your saddle stitched booklet project.

Self-cover saddle stitched booklets are printed on the same paper throughout the interior and cover.

Different cover saddle stitched booklets are printed with a different paper for the cover and the interior.

We can bind extra thick saddle stitched booklets, up to 100 pages.

Best suited to event programs, promotional print, instruction manuals, and small page count booklets.

Hardcover Book Printing

Pages are assembled into 2 page spreads and glued together along the spine, cased in with durable endsheets and a case wrapped cover. This bindery method is effective for medium to large page count books. Paper stocks can be mixed throughout each book, and special endsheets and tail bands can be used to enhance a book’s appeal

Enhance the cover with techniques like raised UV and foil, debossing and special cover wrap materials like polyurethane and leather.

We can produce hardcovers in quantities starting at 3 pieces, all the way up to 10,000 pieces!

Bests suited to thesis’, memoirs, religious texts, journals and children’s books.

Coil / Wire Bound Book Printing

Pages are assembled into 2 page spreads and tied together using a plastic coil or wire formed into loops. This bindery method is effective for books with small or large page counts. We recommend a different cover when designing coil books to ensure durability.

Choose from a wide range of colours for your coil or wire, our standard is black or white, but we can do gold, silver, red, pink and more!

We can bind up to a 2.5″ spine, which can be over 1000 pages!

Great for workbooks, agenda’s and planners, handbooks and manuals.
